You must report that something is wrong or defective. The message should you send to me, email@example.com.
In your message, enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number, and what is wrong or defective and a description.
2I'll answer you as soon as possible.
I will reply to the message and I will make sure you get a new product, or want to switch to any other products, get the money back or anything else.
If I fail to deliver a new product a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3Send back the products
Be sure to request a receipt for submitting the package.

4I receive the products
When I get back the products, I inspect them, make sure everything is as it should.
Then I send the new products, pay back money to you or what we agreed.
Notify you of what I have done. Your new products or back payment should arrive within a few days.
